Changes To How You Access Our Services
From Monday 17th November 2025, The Integrated Care Partnership will be introducing changes to the way you request an appointment.
These changes are part of a new national NHS contract requirement designed to modernise services, manage patient demand effectively, and ensure those who need urgent help can get through on the phone lines when they need to.
What is changing?
Continuous online access during core hours
You will be able to access and submit online consultation forms throughout our standard working hours: 8am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Previously, online forms may have been turned off at busy times or specific hours. The new contract ensures continuous access during these hours, making it easier for you to submit routine requests when it suits you.
How This Benefits You
- No morning rush: You’ll have the full working day to send routine queries.
- Shorter phone queues: Using online forms for non-urgent issues helps keep phone lines free for patients who need urgent assistance.
- Faster, safer triage: Our clinical team can assess your form and prioritise your care based on your medical needs.
Please note that all appointment requests must go through the online form, help will be available and if you have trouble completing an online form, our Care Navigators can do this on your behalf.
How to use the online form
From Monday 17th November, a link to the online form will be available under the ‘Appointments’ section of our website.
