Supporting people and their carers living with dementia

If you’d like to access support from Sue & Jenny in the Dementia Coordination Service, or would just like to come along to meet new people & join us for coffee/tea and natter, join us at any of the cafes below between 10.30am and 12.30pm. No need to book, just turn up!
