Test Results

Getting your test results

If you’ve had a recent test, you can view your results online or contact the surgery.

You can get results for things like:

• Blood Tests
• Urine Tests
• X-Rays
• Ultrasounds

Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:

• In your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
• Phone on 01372 724434      between 11am and 12:30pm
• We can usually only give information about a test results directly to the patient. This is for privacy reasons.
• We may be able to speak to someone else if the patient:
• has given their permission
• may find it difficult to understand
• You can get your test results in person at the surgery.
