The Surgery holds 6-8 week baby checks at Stoneleigh Medical Centre

Please book your cervical screening appointment with the Nurse when you receive your invitation letter from NHS England. If you think you are due your screening but have not received a letter, you can call one of our care navigators who can check your medical records for you.

You can book an appointment for routine childhood immunisations with one of our practice nurses.

Our Commitment to Immunisation

At The Integrated Care Partnership, we follow the UK National Vaccination Schedule to ensure that all patients receive the recommended vaccines at the appropriate times. Our healthcare team is here to provide you with information, support, and guidance on immunisations for you and your family. The schedule we follow can be found on the Gov.uk website.

Stay Informed and Protected

• Routine Vaccinations : Ensure you and your family are up-to-date with routine vaccinations, including childhood immunisations and adult boosters.
• Travel Vaccinations : If you are planning to travel abroad, check if you need additional vaccinations to protect against diseases prevalent in other countries.
• Flu Vaccinations : The annual flu vaccine is recommended for certain groups, including the elderly, pregnant women, and individuals with chronic health conditions.

If you are eligible for a COVID-19 vaccination you will receive a text message or letter from NHS england. You will need to book your vaccine with a local pharmacy.

Annual diabetic reviews are carried out in 2 parts:

Part 1 with one of the Nurses for a blood test, blood pressure and foot check 

Part 2 you will be followed up by a GP to create your care plan and review your results

Wound management is carried out by our highly skilled Practice Nurses.

We have a first-contact physio that works here at the surgery. Patients aged 16 and above are eligible.

He cannot treat unwell (fever, flu, systemic symptoms), abdominal, chest or head pain or complex or chronic issues in frail, elderly patients.

First contact physio can help with:

• recent injuries of limb or back
• sprains
• strains or muscle pain

If you need an interpreter please inform us when booking your appointment  and specify what language is required so we have enough time to accomodate this for you. We also have access to a British sign language service. 

We hold annual reviews for patients with the following health conditions:

We use a 'birth month' recall system which means you will be invited in (usually by SMS or email) during your birth month for your review or investigations linked to your condition. 

Medication reviews are normally carried out by the Clinical Pharmacists.

Why have I been asked to book a medication review? 

Medication reviews are a crucial component of patient care, particularly for those on multiple medications or with complex health conditions. Here’s why they are so important:

Some questions you may wish to think about before your medication review:

• Why am I taking these medications?
• How do I know they are helping me?
• Do I still need to take all of my medications?
• Is it difficult for me to open the containers, and can you help with this?
• Is it difficult for me to swallow my medication?
• Is it difficult for me to remember to take my medication on time?
• Why do I run out of my medications at different times, and can this be made the same time for all of them?
• Am I experiencing any side effects?
• Am I up to date with my monitoring?

We are lucky to have a dedicated Mental Health Practitioner linked to the Surgery's. 

Minor Ops such as wart removal is carried out at Old Cottage by Dr Johnson or Dr Egboh. Please see a GP first to be referred for treatment.

Blood tests can be booked Monday to Friday across all sites

Complete the pre-assessment travel vaccination form, the Nurse will then review and invite you in for your appointment
